PROVIDER GUIDELINES

POSITIVE, asymptomatic |
- Positive Test: Day 0
- Stay home and isolate for 5 days
- If you continue to have no symptoms and are fever free for > 24 hours, return to work on day 6
- Wear N95 mask through day 10

POSITIVE, symptomatic |
- Positive Test: Day 0
- Stay home and isolate for 5 days
- If you have improving symptoms and are fever free for > 24 hours, do rapid antigen test day 5
- With negative test, return to work day 6
- Wear N95 mask through day 10
- If rapid test on day 6 is positive, stay home and test daily (through day 10) until negative test for return to work

CLOSE CONTACT, vaccinated |
- If in immediate household: take rapid test regardless of symptoms
- Wear N95 for a total of 10 days from close contact
- If you develop symptoms, re-test
- If you test positive, stay home and isolate as above

SYMPTOMATIC, negative |
- Contact management that you are sick indicating symptoms and questions you may have
- Do not come to work if not fever free > 24h
