With over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Deby transitioned into management after building a strong foundation in patient care and clinical operations. She is the founder of Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy, which began in 1989 when Deby, a physical therapist, started treating patients in a borrowed space during evenings after work.
Throughout her career, Deby has been a driving force in improving the field of physical therapy, consistently elevating standards for patient care and service delivery. Her passion for healing andcompassion for others continue to shape every aspect of our operations, as she leads with a focus on excellence and patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Deby enjoys traveling with her family, rescuing turtles on Highland Beach, volunteering in her local community, and spending time with her beloved grand-pups.
