QUINN DOWNTOWN PHYSICAL THERAPY Quinn Downtown Physical Therapy is located two blocks from SAP Center at the corner of Park Avenue and Autumn Street; convenient to Downtown San Jose, and the Rose Garden and Willow Glen neighborhoods. Free parking is available in our building's lot.

From I-280 take the Bird Avenue exit and follow directional signs toward SAP Center. Just after passing straight through the traffic signal at Park Avenue, turn right into our parking lot.

From CA-87 southbound, take the Park Avenue exit and turn right onto Park. You can enter our parking lot by turning in on the right just before the intersection with Autumn Street, or by turning right onto Autumn Street and then immediately turning right into the parking lot.

From CA-87 northbound, take the Santa Clara Street exit, and turn left onto Santa Clara. Then turn left at Montgomery, left at Park and left at Autumn, then immediately turn into our parking lot on the right hand side.

Enter the building under the green awning, and we are on the ground floor in the first suite on the right hand side.
